Exchange Policy eligibility
All products are not refundable.

Customers must be able to produce an invoice number corresponding to the merchandise purchased.
For returnable merchandise, must be returned in original condition – unwashed and unworn with the original tag intact. (Refer to individual product listing for return policy}
Merchandise have to be returned within 5days from received date as stated on the invoice.

We will reject requests for Returns & Exchanges for the following:

 

Size exchanges
For every product on site, we have measurements indicated. Hence, please make sure to check before purchasing. On our side, we will make sure to measure every piece of merchandise as accurately as possible and provide all necessary measurements. Please allow an allowance of +/- 3cm for every measurement due to differences in the material, stretch and fit of every merchandise and most importantly because they are handmade.

 

Slight defects
Loose threads and tiny spots/stains which are not obvious under natural light are not considered defects.
We do quality checks on every piece before sending it out to ensure every piece is in a perfect condition.

We do use unbleached cotton for certain prints and products. 

The unique characteristics of unbleached cotton is that there will be tiny brown dots on the fabric.

This will not be considered a defect, hence refund is not accepted.

Just like vanilla bean in vanilla ice cream, where tiny black dots from the bean is visible VS vanilla essence ,

where the vanilla ice cream will be pure white or cream coloured.

Color difference
Due to varying screen resolutions and specs for different devices, the color of our merchandises may not be as genuinely presented. We will do our best to reflect the colors of our merchandises as precisely as possible but we will not allow any Returns & Exchanges for items which have ‘color differences’.

Change of mind

Exchange and refund for change of mind is not accepted.

For Masks

All masks sales are final and no refunds/exchanges are allowed due to hygiene purposes.
